SupportEdge Customer Success: Basic
The Basic variant offers fundamental support services for NetApp customers. It includes digital onboarding to familiarize customers with all functions, as well as global remote support around the clock via phone, chat, or web. Response times are 2 hours for P1 cases and 4 hours for P2 cases, 24/7 each.
SupportEdge Customer Success: Advisor
The Advisor variant offers extended support services with faster response times. P1 cases are processed within 15 minutes, P2 cases within 2 hours. A main feature is the Customer Success Service, which includes strategic consulting, onboarding support, training, lifecycle planning, and usage optimization. In addition to the Basic services, customers receive remote support via video conference and on-site support by authorized NetApp engineers if required.
SupportEdge Customer Success: Expert
The Expert variant is the premium offering with personalized support experiences. Customers receive a dedicated Support Account Manager as well as automatic routing to a fixed pool of experienced Technical Support Engineers who build long-term customer relationships. The response time for P1 cases is 15 minutes, for P2 cases 1 hour.

Our NetApp support includes hardware support, repair service and software support with on-site and remote troubleshooting and problem resolution. We can also set up monitoring with the AutoSupport option and Call Home function to fix disruptions before you notice them.

NetApp FAS EOL Maintenance
One of the most frequently used products from NetApp is the storage system NetApp FAS with the operating system ONTAP. It was developed by NetApp specifically for medium-sized businesses. Many models are now End of Life and will go into End of Service Life (EOSL) status in the next one to two years.
Until EOSL, a limited SupportEdge extension is still offered – however, without further development of software and firmware. From the EOSL date, there is regularly no NetApp support anymore.
