Network Maintenance Contract

The fast and smooth operation of your network is a basis for a functioning company. With a network maintenance contract from you stabilize your entire network infrastructure from LAN, WAN or SAN. We support you with the administration and configuration of your network and repair or exchange the devices, if a hardware defect occurs.

All services from phone hotline support to the arrival on site, repair or exchange of the hardware to the documentation of the malfunction in a ticketing system are included in the maintenance contract. There are no additional costs and you have full cost transparency right from the start.

As a manufacturer-independent maintenance company, we support all common manufacturers and models, such as Cisco, Brocade or Adva. You can have everything from a small switch or router to a powerful director serviced by us.

Supported manufacturers for network maintenance

In addition to the most popular network and fiber channel switch / director manufacturers, such as Cisco, HP ProCurve, Brocade or Adva, we support many other lesser known hardware manufacturers. Due to the high number, we can’t list all of them. With a simple request, we can quickly review your requirements and offer you a customized network maintenance contract.

Our Service Level Agreements

The SLAs in the hardware maintenance contract can be individually selected for all companies that are dependent on maximum availability of the IT infrastructure:

  • 7 x 24 hours Online-, Phone Hotline- and On-Site-Service.
  • 15 minutes reaction time.
  • Our response time is up to two hour.
  • Call-to-Repair in up to 4 hour.
  • 24 hours spare parts availability.
  • Ticket System.
  • IT technicians according to customer-specific skill requirements.

End of Life Network Components

As a third-party maintenance provider, we offer manufacturer independent maintenance contracts with our own spare parts and replacement equipment. Through our independent logistics, we provide service contracts for almost all models and types of End of Life (EOL) or End of Support (EOS) hardware. We can maintain your network for at least another 7 years. Our experience shows us that we can offer maintenance for your network hardware for much longer. This gives our customers the flexibility to decide for themselves whether they want to follow the manufacturer’s lifecycle or keep their IT infrastructure longer.

For our budget conscious customers, we also offer maintenance for refurbished or second hand hardware. With this offer we want to support especially the Start Up and SME sector.

Software Maintenance for Network Components

If you wish, you can also conclude a software maintenance contract with us. Our software service includes the following activities:

  • Advice on installation and extension of applications.
  • Support in troubleshooting system errors.
  • Problem analysis and documentation of the findings.
  • Release and Version Management.
  • Configuration changes and system tuning.
  • Data backup and recovery.

We offer all these services for the most common application software, operating systems and operating system related software components. Our certified system specialists support and advise you around the clock with all your technical concerns and increase your availability.
