HP sells various maintenance services for its devices under the name HP Care Pack. Almost all services that HP offers as a Care Pack are covered in our Bronze, Silver or Gold package. The big difference between HP and us is:

  • We offer on-site hardware repair. Our customers don’t need to ship equipment or to a specialty store at the same price as a bring-in service at HP.
  • We make no difference if your notebook or desktop still has warranty or not. You pay no surcharge for post-warranty.
  • There are no premium services. All devices and customers receive the same service depending on their own defined service package.

Lenovo

Lenovo generally offers 3 different services.

  • Warranty Services: This includes maintenance and warranty extensions.
  • Keep your Drive: You can keep your hard disk when your device is replaced.
  • Priority Technical Support: Like warranty service, you can only see that you will be served faster and more competently.

We simplify these services in 3 service packages with clear differentiation to the manufacturer:

Dell offers three maintenance models: Dell Base Hardware Warranty, Pro Support and Pro Support Plus that you can purchase for your client hardware. Even the smallest hardware maintenance package, Clientwartung Bronze, is equil to Dell Pro Support. The biggest differences to Dell are:

Germany, Austria and Switzerland are our core markets, but we offer our services throughout Europe. Service Package Client Hardware SILVER and GOLD can not be provided in all rural regions. We provide service coverage of four hours in almost all urban areas. Please ask, which service package is available in your location. Minimum requirement is that you have more than 100 clients that you need maintenance for.
